Joanne Baldwin
Director and senior New South Wales qualified solicitor and previous Registered Migration Agent (MARN: 1281687)
Joanne was admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales in 2002 and practiced law in the UK for over 8 years, mainly as a Commercial Property solicitor, before moving to Australia in 2009.
Joanne started making people’s dreams come true in 2010! She officially became a New South Wales qualified lawyer and in 2012 and has been helping people to come and live and work in Australia ever since.
Deena Sher
Principal Solicitor and Migration Specialist
Deena was admitted as an attorney in South Africa in 2001 and as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2005 where she practiced mainly as a Corporate/ Commercial Lawyer. In 2011 she moved to Australia where she focused on commercial/ property law following her admission as a lawyer in NSW in 2015.
Deena developed a keen interest in migration law and joined KU Legal in early 2021 where she has been assisting clients with their Australian visa requirements.
Christy Hungerford
Solicitor
Christy has a background in Business Administration, Legal Practice Management, and Pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance.
After being admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales in 2020 she joined KU Legal and is looking forward to assisting clients on their journey to obtaining an Australian visa.
Christy is currently studying a Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law.

Sarrah finished Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Business Management in 2007 and has a strong background in Administration and Customer Service.

For over 20 years I have personally handled visa applications for our staff and overseas students with few problems and nothing that I couldn’t cope with myself.
Late last year and for the very first time in my experience, an application for a prospective staff member was declined and I was at a complete loss as to how to proceed.
